Terms & Conditions

1. General
These terms apply to all quotes, orders, and work carried out by Judge Industries Ltd. By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Quotes are based on information provided at the time. If the scope changes, pricing may be revised.

A signed quote or written acceptance is required before work begins.
3. Payment

A deposit of 50% is required on acceptance of quote for custom fabrication work.

The remaining balance is due on completion, prior to delivery or installation.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the account details on your invoice.

Overdue accounts may incur interest at 5% per month.
4. Materials & Supply
Unless otherwise agreed, Judge Industries will supply all materials required. Any customer-supplied materials are used at the customer's risk.
5. Variations
Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing. Variations may affect price and lead time.
6. Lead Times
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith. Judge Industries is not liable for delays caused by material supply, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Delivery & Installation
Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery or installation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the site is ready and accessible.
8. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Fabrication defects will be remedied at no charge if notified within 12 months of completion.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Powder coating and surface finishes are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.
9. Liability
Judge Industries' liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss.
10. Disputes
We're committed to resolving issues fairly. If a concern arises, contact us directly in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation under New Zealand law.
11. Privacy
We collect and store customer information for the purpose of carrying out work and communicating with you. We do not share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
